This group began meeting at the beginning of 2007. We meet on alternate Thursday afternoons (2.30-4.30) at the leader’s house in Leatherhead. We are using the BBC book Italianissimo.

We are a relaxed, informal group and are progressing well in our efforts to learn some conversational Italian.

We have had no outings (or site visits) to date but did have a Christmas meal at an Italian restaurant.

As we have been going for some months now, it would not be feasible to take in any more complete beginners as this would mean starting again with things the existing members have already done.

For the moment we have a full class. Anyone who speaks a little Italian already and who would like to join us is welcome to go on the waiting list.
