This class meets at the Fetcham Reading Room. There is parking nearby. The class will last for 1 hour - the exercise is light and the Fitness Instructor is fully qualified. There is no pressure; you do as much as you can, the idea being to have fun as well as becoming more supple. Please contact Enid if you are interested.
